I disagree that we should simply remove the error/info.
If we do that you actually don't know there is a problem.
Note, this can also happen on an OS where it actually should be possible to load it.
Suggestions for alternative means of informing is welcome.
I'm thinking simply force the default tab to source if neither can't load. then
you only see it if you go to the other tabs.

Could not open the Visual Page Editor:
Current platform 'cocoa.macosx.x86_64' is not supported.
There is no need to tease the user if the features are not available, hide the tabs.
