looks like problems exist in org,jboss.tools.vpe plugin, there exist folder resources and
in this folder exist file textFormatting.xml. When VPE is builds folder
'resources' doesn't created, and file exist in root of vpe.jar file.
VPE doesn't work at all in the latest build.
