Browse buttons on page 1 work fine. Not so much on page 2 (aka Deployment).
When I click either of the Browse buttons, the Browse window opens, but behind the main
eclipse window (at least on Mac), i.e. it is not visible, which is annoying.
Checked on 3.3.0.M2 so far.
