File a bug against PDE/UI stating what happened, what you expected, whether this behaviour
should be optional (ie., set via Preferences), and why this is a problem (brittle
requirements on maintenance release versions of plugins). Won't be fixed in 3.4.x
stream, but Chris is pretty responsive to suggestions in 3.5. Please cc: me

The JBoss AS perspective does not appear in the perspective list, and the JBoss Server
view is not present.
No stack trace or other debug information from Eclipse log/plug-in registry. The strange
thing is that all the plug-ins seem to load, but these components are not present.
