It would seem to me that having central / project examples depend on the entire org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.feature would be the proper solution. This feature includes org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.serverAdapter.wtp.feature, which has a plugin entry for org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.management.as71. Is there anything wrong with this? This also seems most reasonable to me, since users may download seam tools for use with as < 7, and not need the full feature set, while project examples may prefer users get the entire feature set downloaded and installed.
