This bug is replicatible still with ESB and Dynamic web projects. This is a deficiency our
AS Tools and will need to be fixed to properly handle DeletedModule objects.

because during a rename, the previous version of the module is a DeletedModule (with a
null project), none of the publish methods in jbt accept this.
I believe much code might be needed to ensure this works. Will need to investigate
further
