Jobs are cancel-able. Tried to disconnect from network and the UI always responded in
timeout.
Verified on JBoss Tools 3.3.0.Beta1c

The vast majority of operations that interact with the OpenShift REST service are
executed in background jobs so that the UI is not freezed. Thos background jobs dont react
to cancel requests for now. We have to allow them to be cancelled.
