Much like the JBDS 3 -> JBDS 4 migration guide...
0. Back up JBDS 4 workspace(s), just in case.
1. Download JBDS 5 installer.
2. Run installer
3. Point JBDS 5 at old JBDS 4 workspace. Cross fingers.
