I added commands to popup menu for Project Explorer and Common Navigator (See
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-server/pull/261)
[~rob.stryker], "popup:org.eclipse.ui.popup.any?after=additions" will add these
commands in every popup menu, for instance Visual Page Editor context menu, but our
commands would not work there.
[~maxandersen], we fixed only double "Mark as Deployable/Undeployable". I have
no idea where defined those double Validate menu items. Search through our plug-ins did
not help.
