Brian Fitzpatrick commented on JBIDE-5653:
------------------------------------------
The CBR.pdf requirements are new requests and should be spun off into a separate JIRA. we
need to focus on fixing bugs in the existing functionality before we go changing the flow
of things any further.
I would tend to agree with Slava's comment in reply to comment #2:
Screenshot new-java-class displays the same behavior as
route_to_dialog. No
someone one types first letter into package field than error 'type names is
empty'
pops up. It may be annoying, but it is standard in Eclipse.
However, #2 in the description is probably fixable. Slava, can you look into making the
Service Category mandatory in the Route To dialog?
Route To Dialog in jboss-esb.xml editor service category, service
name
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-5653
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5653
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: esb
Affects Versions: 3.1.0.CR1
Reporter: Burr Sutter
Assignee: Viacheslav Kabanovich
Fix For: 3.1.0.CR2
Attachments: CBR.pdf, new-java-class.jpg, route_to_dialog.jpg
There are two issues with the Route To dialog in the jboss-esb.xml editor.
1) as so as my first keystroke falls in the Destination Name field an error message pops
up related to Service Name. Well, I have not even had a chance to type in a Service Name.
This is a little bit confusing.
2) Service Category should also be mandatory.
