I believe no since we dropped GWT specific support at the same time too.
Assigning to Burr if he has a preference.

If I remember correctly we removed the google plugins from central because they
didn't have a version compatible with Luna.
Today I randomly noticed that they have it now:
https://developers.google.com/eclipse/docs/install-eclipse-4.4
So I wonder if we're interested in adding them back in central.
