Docker Explorer doesn't display containers? At all? Looks like a critical issue but
it's pure upstream, isn't it? There is no way it can be fixed in Mars.1, or
I'm missing something?

Can we enhance the display to add a visual indication as to which containers are paused?
(Add "(Paused)" to the display line for a paused container?)
