When I add a local server with management (WildFly 8.1), it is [Stopped, Synchronized],
but when I start it, it's just [Started]. Admittedly, when I deploy something there,
it then shows [Started, Sychronized], so it might make sense - when there is nothing
deployed, there is nothing to be synchronized really.
So feel free to say this is expected and resolve this again.)

The first step to enabling profiling for local servers and unifying the views is to get
jvm-monitor into the jmx repo. This is a pre-requisite in order to unify the top-level
nodes and API of the JMX Explorer.
