Snjezana, I tried replacing the plugin and the readme is now listed correctly (not showing
{0}), but it opens using the internal web browser. It shouldn't, right?

welcome pages are not showing up for project examples unless it is specifically listed.
and for archetype based ones it shows an error if they are used with {0} to adjust for
the project names!
This is a serious bug that we not only need a fix for but also need to find a way to fix
without getting error dialogs to show up in Beta1 once we enable the {0}!
