[~mmurray]: Not sure why [~kpiwko] opened a dupe of this issue, JBDS-3042, but I've
moved this to TOOLSDOC in case you want to track it there. If you don't, just close
it.
Upstream issue is ORG-2064.

When user downloads standalone installer from
https://www.jboss.org/products/devstudio.html
jar is automatically renamed to zip. This leads to massive confusion when trying to
install JBDS.
A hint in installation guide would be worth it here.
