Observation: deleting the first {{<}} in
{code:xml}
<a href="${latestProduct.url}">${latestProduct.name}</a>!
{code}
causes $\{latestProduct.url\} to appear in the outline. The present issue has thus
probably the same cause as JBIDE-8526
