Steps to check new <visibleWhen>:
Open file in JBoss Tools Editor on Mac 64bit (like in JBIDE-10711) -- "Toggle
selection tag bar" icon and "i18n" icon should be visible on eclipse
toolbar.
scroll lock icon not visible when showing toolbar within editor and
