OpenShift tooling tests performed on JBT 4.3.0.Alpha2 build and there was found no
glitches related to egit 4. I consider this done.
Make sure OpenShift tooling works with EGit 4

Eclipse Mars will use EGit 4 (and our target platform is about to switch to EGit 4) and
we thus have to make sure our tooling works with EGit 4
