I checked the PRs and one remained open even though it has been applied:

I asked [~dgolovin] to close it.
Otherwise I randomly checked some plugins' manifests and they have the property set
up. I'm not sure if I should put more effort into the verification of this.

efficient to set Eclipse-SourceReferences in Manifest:
