[~pmuir], [~burrsutter]: do you know what is the standard id for the new
repository/profile? (old one was `redhat-techpreview-all-repository`)
If none is defined yet, I propose `redhat-ga-repository`.

Configure maven repository still suggest
"http://maven.repository.redhat.com/techpreview/all/" where it should be doing
"http://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga" instead.
Should also ensure the name/id gets to be consistent.
