Patch to increment the version of XULRunner to 1.9.1.2b (in 3.2.x branch) is attached

I will apply it when I will be sure that it fixes the issue (cannot build 3.2.x with maven
at this time).

Install flash plugin message appears in VPE if on page used flash references. So this

# Remove Flash plugin from your system (if you have any)
# Open attached [^example.html] in VPE
# Click on the <embed> tag representation in the visual part
*Actual result:*
The install flash plugin message appears ([^dialog.png]).

Error message is not shown.
