patch2 has been applied: when xulrunner is not supported -- source tab will be loaded by
default.

Currently the end-user is presented with
Could not open the Visual Page Editor:
Current platform 'cocoa.macosx.x86_64' is not supported.
There is no need to tease the user if the features are not available, hide the tabs.
