(I'd already pushed the bits when I noticed or I would have respun it.) As to the version of stuff in the installer / update sites... there are some Final versions (from 4.2.2), some Beta1 versions (from 4.2.3.Beta1) and some CR1 versions (for the 8 projects that contributed to the CR1 build. So this is expected. Goal was to make *less things change* between milestones.
