"Add Seam Support" action does not install Seam facet. You have two options to
enable Seam support for the project:
1. Install Seam facet (Project properties->Facets->...). This option is available
only if your project is faceted.
2. Add Seam support via "Project->Configure->Add Seam Support" or
"Project properties->Seam". This option is available on any Java project.
Configure->Add Seam Support does not add Seam Facet

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create new JSF Project.
2. Right-click on the project->Configure->Add Seam Support->OK.
3. Open the project properties->Project Facets.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Seam Facet is not checked (screenshot-1.png).
EXPECTED RESULT:
Seam Facet is checked.
