Definitely something i've seen before and was a regression from JBIDE-18085. I thought
i fixed it in the past but I can find no jira or commit that handles it. I also
haven't replicated lately, and since I thought I already fixed it and cant find the
jira, I assumed I had fixed it.

After running JBT couple days without restart JMX Navigator gets stuffed with old local
processes (see attached picture [^jmx-navigator.png].
