If adding a second page to the report a bug wizard, then be sure to make it as optional in
big letters so the user doesn't feel that they have to complete the details. However,
I still think one simple page would be better and we autodetect the rest as far as
possible.

When Mylyn/Jira connector is installed, the "Report Error" dialog should
provide the possiblity to directly push report as a Jira, just like Mylyn does for
Eclipse.
