I think it would have value that we provide a way to have users get access to this content similar to what Eclipse EPP packages does. Is it possible to simply add a "More Welcome content..." button in case of more welcome screens being available and switch to a page that has a grid layout of the contributed welcome screen elements ? Or maybe add a scrollable panel at the bottom of the welcome screen showing the contribute elements "sliding by ?"
