This is going to take a redesign of the detail property tab: currently it's designed
to only allow selection of a message type by way of a partnerLink/operation selection (the
"Quick Pick" widgets). The variable is then constructed based on that selection.
The UI needs to be reconfigured to allow selection of an element from imported schemas as
well. Unfortunately the property page section that handles OnEvent is also used for
Receive, Reply, Invoke and OnMessage - this needs to be thought out more better.
Not sure if we can finish this for 3.2.1

ReconciliationBPELReader#setOperationParmsOnEvent() does not handle the
"element" attribute of <onEvent> elements. This needs to be added. This
also affects the serializer: BPELWriter#onEvent2XML() does not create the
"element" attribute.
