So - there's an issue with the required bundles for jsonschema2pojo. Locus'
target platform is pulling an older orbit -

There is no org.apache.commons.lang3 in there. There is an org.apache.commons.lang. Do
we advance the locus TP orbit?
Do we use org.apache.commons.lang ?
