Reopening just to clarify a few things.
It is not like bpel since with bpel we can actually deploy via the filesystem and thus not
require a running instance.
Teiid needs to run to be deployed to, correct ?

Should I see something in the "New Server" wizard in the Server View that
corresponds to a Teiid server? I don't see anything that I would associate with
Metadata Modeling or Teiid at this point.
