Steps to Reproduce:
EXEC: Create a new (v2 or v3) connection in OpenShift explorer view.
ASSERT: There is the connection in OpenShift explorer view.
EXEC: Remove the connection.
ASSERT: There is no connection in OpenShift explorer view.
EXEC: Restart IDE.
RESULT: The removed connection is still presented in OpenShift explorer view.
EXPECTED RESULT: OpenShift explorer view does not contain any connection.

After removing a connection (/connections) from OpenShift explorer view and restarting
IDE (or exit IDE and start it again), the removed connection(s) are still presented in
OpenShift explorer view.
