A secondary issue cropped up (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13527?focusedCommentId=12753769&...) where the URL being pulled from the namespaces in the WSDL was incorrect. With new feedback from Alessio Soldano (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13527?focusedCommentId=12779825&...) we believe we've determined the cause and a solution for this problem.
