Merged to master. Now there is a possibility of enabling/disabling LiveReload for both
BrowserSim and CordovaSim. This option specific for every BrowserSim instance and works
the same way as "Use Skins" option (value will be saved in
specificPreferences.xml before BrowserSim/CordovaSim shutdown, and on the next launch will
be loaded from it)

Probably, the most user friendly way of enabling / disabling LiveReload would be adding
suitable menu item (SWT.CHECK) - !liveReloadMenu.jpg|thumbnail!

Enabling/disabling LiveReload would work with synchronized windows(would be specific for
every BrowserSim instance) - just like "Use Skins" option.
