Denis Golovin commented on JBDS-3010:
-------------------------------------
It says:
!JBDSInstallWarning.png!
Good catch! This is not correct message anymore. It comes form old installer when it was
just copying files to target directory. Now it works a bit different under the hood.
Currently it uses Eclipse p2director to install eclipse based product form installer.jar
file in target location and in case there is previous installation it basically does
update instead of fresh installation. It leads to problem you reported.
Possible solution would be to show different message explaining that installation
supported only into empty/new folders and let proceed further only when empty/new target
location provided.
Installer Error when folder contains JBDS already
