it turned out that ha-proxy is a required embedded cartridge for scalable apps. OpenShift
creates the app with the ha-proxy added to it. My code tried to remove it, since the user
did not check it: JBIDE-12011

h4. Tried to create medium gear application, scaled, with MySQL:
h5. Application configuration page

h5. Application is created on OpenShift, but JBDS still says 'creating'
