Hmm, also VM arguments can't be added, e.g. "-server" when using Sun's
JDK on Windows boxes.
Is there no chance to fix it for 3.0.0 ?

In the server configuration editor (opened by double clicking on a server connection node
in the Servers view), the JNDI and Web ports have a thin gray line just to the right of
each label. Given the context, I assume these are supposed to be text boxes showing the
port values.
