Michelle, this feature request was rejected. It happens after adding syncronized windows
to avoid misunderstanding(which windows is synchronized, which not).
Now 'open in new window' opens in current window. But this point will be removed
from browser menu.

Now when user press "Open in new window" action nothing happens.
The easiest way to implement it is open another BrowserSim instance.
