This happen occasionally. I reproduced a very similar problem when creating basic app with
jbossas cartridge a while ago.
Embedding cartridges never ends. have to kill eclipse.

I wanted to create new app with several embedded cartriges. After 10+ minutes of waiting
on the wizard to complete I decided to cancel the operation. But the cancel button was not
enabled and I could not close the wizard. See screenshot attached. Result of this, JBDS is
in deadlock.
