In Html Editor all works right. In JSP editor checkbox Automaticaly make suggestions
works but Prompt when the characters are inserted doesn't work.

Open JSP page
Right mouse click and select Preferences
Expand JSP and select Source
Select source Source for JSP with html content
Menu Content assist have no any influence on CA.
You can make any changes or disable this function but CA will appear anyway.
