I didn't find a way to reproduce the running on 3.7 with 3.6 bits. I am also not sure
if it is really a critical problem. But on the other hand there are issues with creating
projects with names that already exist. To solve this problem I need to be able to do some
'preprocessing' before running the 'new-project' command. This is a bit
more involved so I am postponing it to 3.3.0.M4.
