I detected this issue a couple of week ago when Thym broke Eclipse simultaneous release.
Gorkem fixed that since then, and just pulling a newer Thym should work.

Mars M7 was released and contains interesting changes.
We need to start using it ASAP to leverage new functionalities and adapt to the most
