There are 175 files in jbosstools-website that contain
"http://static.jboss.org/images/tools/favicon.ico" but I can globally replace
those to use the new "http://static.jboss.org/jbosstools/images/favicon.ico"
instead. PR TBD.
Fix favicon so edges are crisp on any background (not just white)
