Upstream problem (URL used for TPs is the same for both jbt and jbds versions of these
discovery.* sites - JBIDE-20035) remains, but the fix for staging should at least let you
keep working. :D

When I tried to install Arquillian from JBDS Central Early Access I got the following
error:
