Max, even with m2e/wtp loaded after importing the project there've been no double
component roots defined. So I've made them by hand. But I couldn't reproduce this
shadow effect on Mac either.
Here is the kitchensink archive attached . Could you check it on your environment?

using JBoss AS 7 quickstarts , scrolling gives this weird "Shadow" affect and
clicking in either text or visual does not sync the view
so the main usecase of VPE allowing to quickly find corrsponding ui/source.
