[~jowilson] I am not sure if I would call this a blocker, since the scroll bar is
presented. I am also not a big fan of semi-transparent footer, even that is a little bit
better than the current solution. Since we are so close to the release date, I am fine
with leaving it as it is, unless other people think we have to address this.

The footer on the confirm page would look better if it cut into the display of one of the
components to be installed. Also, remove the transparency.
