The problem with the NullPointerException was when calling the /jdf entry point. So it was
not the case of sending the request to accept the terms and conditions and I do not see
any problem there. It is very strange you did not encounter the same problem yourself
while testing your plugin.
Can you try the process and eventually find out what URL fails and with what request
headers? Unfortunately the logs does not reveal any activity around @14:06 (GMT+10)

1. In Download Runtimes wizard, on JBoss.org Terms and Conditions page.
2. Select 'Australia'.
3. Click 'Accept Now'.
