Running XFCE.
Seems like it's line-wrapping the text into nowhere-land, but it's only doing it
for items further down the list in Central. Anyway, if it doesn't happen for you, then
awesome. I'll blame my OS, which has some other redraw glitches from time to time too
(Thunderbird goes black as I cursor over email).
Anyway, having switched the order of the license terms from:
"Free, EPL"
to
"EPL (Free)"
at least the important part appears on the lines where the end is cut off. So if you
can't reproduce this, we can close it as CANNOT REPRODUCE and move on to more exciting
work. :)

No idea what's causing this.
For most items in Central, the full license terms are shown in the right-hand column,
eg., "by eclipse.org, EPL, Other (Free)".
But for some items, the "(Free)" is cut off. See this screenshot:
