This is a general problem when adding resources to a jar file. Resources have to be loaded
using a classloader in that case.
Eclipse's way is to add resources to the plugin's build properties and load them
using Eclipse bundle engine (like it was done in the VpeTemplateFileList.getFilePath
method).
Adding resources to the build.properties of the org.jboss.tools.vpe plugin will fix this
issue, but resources will be in two places: in the jar file and in the root of the
plugin.
We probably need to choose one of these methods to access resources.
VPE doesn't work at all in the latest build.
