Resolution: Done
NPEs have been fixed. Project Example parsing should no longer generate an exception when
Central is closed.
There might still be random exceptions in the Discovery stack if you really really try to
close Central too quick, but I don't believe this is worth fixing.
Parser error appears when Central is closed immediately
