If we do that, we can then "hide" the existing AS main feature, which would be installable should a user look for uncategorized features, but otherwise they'll get the larger and more feature-complete default. This is akin to the model we now have for Central: there's a central feature, which is minimal & hidden, and there's a community.central feature, which includes all the dependencies needed for Central to be useful, and is exposed on the update site (and will be in Eclipse Marketplace for Beta3, too).
